Westco Development's construction subsidiary: Shortly after starting the company Westco Development's founder Robert Castells, formed an in-house construction company in order to better control project schedules and costs. By 1997 the construction company became a profit center for Westco Development and was named Westco Infrastructure and Construction Consultants to provide to both the general public and municipalities.
